Gold start its move to daily cycle low from 13th April 2023 as we expected. You can see our entry given in telegram channel. Today is the 5th day of decline and still not reach RSI 30 area in daily chart. We expect gold will complete its daily cycle low on or after FOMC meeting on 3rd may 2023.

Gold move aggressively yesterday due to Credit Suisse bank’s stock price drop dramatically. But Swiss National bank provide 54 Billion liquidity to protect the drop. Today is very important as we may see Building permit, Manufacturing Data and ECB rate hike.

Technically Gold move to 1936 strong resistant and rejected to 1910 level in Asian session. Currently trading at 1918 level. We may expect to move near 1905 level before next leg up.

In 1 hr and 15 mins time frame we can see bearish divergence. To support gold move towards down side.

Good Afternoon All !!!

Gold start aggressive move to upwards after unemployment rate move to 3.6% on last Friday job data. And with the SVB and signature bank issue support gold price to move up. Currently Gold trading at 1902 level and in 1 hr chart we can see a bullish flag pattern forming.

Today is very important day as we are going to see the CPI data. Last month CPI data came more than expected 6.4%. this time expectation is 6.0%. we can see 3 potential scenarios as per the CPI result.

Scenario 01: Same 6.4% or Higher rate – (More Hawkish) USDX will more strong and gold will move heavy sell off.

Scenario 02: Same 6.0% or higher rate – (Fed may hike 25 Bps) USDX will strong and gold will trade in a range and later follow the main trend upwards.

Scenario 03: Lower than 6.0% - USDX will weak and Gold will move upwards heavily.

Note: this is our view and this may change with the market condition. So manage your risk properly.

Gold start its counter trend rally on 28th February as we expect. But Gold not touched 1800 level. Currently gold trading at 1832 level. Currently Fed members indicating a hawkish signal and it will push USDX rate higher. There is a price gap between 1818 -1821. And we expect gold to fill that Gap before next leg up.

In 4 hr chart Gold has bearish divergence and next support levels at 1824 and 1819. We expect gold to move higher from their.

Good Morning All !!!

Today is the last trading day of this month. Weekly chart RSI is near oversold condition. Daily chart RSI is currently making a bullish divergence. But is move will confirm once Gold move below 1800 level and start reverse back. Our next month prediction we draw in the below chart.
For long term we are in the corrective move of this bull cycle. Normally this should end with 3 wave pattern.

For Fundamentally last few weeks data very good for USDX and Inflation data show it is not under control as fed think. Therefore we can expect few more rate hikes in coming Fed Meetings. But for next meeting still we are not confirm for 50 Bps hike. Next week Job report will play major role for next market move.

Yesterday Gold move from 1845 to 1823 as we expected. Join our free telegram signal channel. FOMC meeting minutes shows hawkish signal. Still we are waiting for proper confirmation for 25 or 50 Bps rate hike for march. For short term still we look for Gold sell opportunities.

In weekly we can see Bullish flag forming. If this pattern is active still we can hope for 1580 – 1600 again. But as per the fundamental its not sure. Tomorrow PCE data will show more information about Fed’s next move regarding rate hike.
