๐ Work style: Remote (first 2 weeks on-site for onboarding)
๐งญ Reporting to: Head of Marketing & Growth
๐ Start: Immediate
1) ๐งญ Sales Operations & CRM Administrator
- Own the CRM (pipelines, fields, tags, permissions, identities)
- Integrate email, calendar, forms, enrichment, analytics
- Safeguard deliverability & compliance;
- maintain data quality & backups
- Build sequences/automations/routing;
- publish weekly & monthly dashboards
- Create runbooks and train users
Must have
- Experience in Sales/Revenue Ops or CRM Administration
- Hands-on admin in a mainstream CRM;
- Strong Sheets/Excel
- Clear documentation and process discipline

2) ๐ฏ Sales Development Representative โ Outbound
What you will do
- Research & enrich target accounts;
- Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, compliant messaging, calls)
- Qualify need, timing, stakeholders, budget signal
- Book discovery meetings; send agenda & pre-read;
Must have
- Strong writing; concise, professional outreach
- Organized follow-ups; coachable; target-driven
- B2B prospecting experience preferred
