The Real Estate Regulatory Agency - Ajman (ARRA) is a state-run institution. It has been established in Dec. 2008, according to the provisions of the Amiri Decree No (8) of 2008, as amended by the Amiri Decree No. (11)& (12) of 2008. It aims at regulating the real estate activities and its developments in Ajman and placing policies and legislation to authorize real estate projects/investment build

ings. ARRA also oversees the implementation of these policies and other related plans and regulates the joint ownership. ARRA strives to provide its services to customers in accordance with the highest international standards, in order to achieve its objectives and satisfaction for its customers of all classes. ARRA Conference 1:

ARRA Conference-1 is an annual conference organized by Ajman Real Estate Agency, to be held on December 14, 2016. With the primary goal to announce the new rules & regulations to streamline Ajman’s growing real estate sector, the conference will focus on promoting innovation in the property sector, encouraging the real estate market in Ajman to incorporate sustainability and defining the standards offered by the emirate in the field of real estate. The attendees of the conference include real estate developers, private investors, home buyers, institutional investors, industry leaders & Regional authorities. Through ARRA Conference-1, Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Foundation aims to position the emirate as the ideal investment destination and also will be a golden opportunity for the real estate developers, investors, and brokers to discuss ways to ensure real estate security in the emirate. The Summit is a unique platform to demonstrate the strategic goals of the Government of Ajman in the property sector. Target audience will cover GCC region. The “ARRA Conference 1” will declare the strategic goals and modifications in regulations pertaining to real estate development, by the government of Ajman. The conference will also focus on promoting sustainable solutions and innovation for real estate development in Ajman.
