At Jalsa by HAYAH, we recognised Chakib Abouzaid, Secretary General of the General Arab Insurance Federation, for his presence and his contribution to the event and to 𝗥𝗶𝗵𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

We won this title in 2025. Returning to the shortlist a year later, in the same category, is the recognition we value most: it says the standard held.

The Middle East Insurance Industry Awards, organised by Middle East Insurance Review, are the region's most rigorous industry honours. 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟳 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 EY.

What the judges are looking at is how we do life insurance differently. Cover that explains itself, with no fine print worth hiding. Underwriting that answers in minutes rather than weeks. A claim handled by a person who treats it like it matters. And a life proposition built in the UAE, for the people who actually live here.
