Alpha Dhabi Holding has doubled its capital commitment to the MICAD Credit JV to US$1 billion and increased its ownership interest in the joint venture to 40%.

The expanded partnership with Mubadala Capital broadens the joint venture’s investment mandate to include additional private credit strategies, alongside its existing US and European direct lending activities.

ضاعفت ألفا ظبي القابضة التزامها الرأسمالي في مشروع "ميكاد كريدت" المشترك ليصل إلى مليار دولار أمريكي، كما رفعت حصتها في ملكية المشروع المشترك إلى 40%.

وجرى توسيع نطاق التفويض الاستثماري للمشروع المشترك ليشمل استراتيجيات إضافية في سوق الائتمان الخاص، متاحة من خلال علاقات "مبادلة كابيتال" الراسخة وطويلة الأمد، إلى جانب أنشطة المشروع الحالية في مجال الإقراض المباشر في الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا.
