Update on the Comprehensive Corporate Disclosure regarding the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Udenna Communications Media and Entertainment Holdings Corp. ("UCME") in exchange for the issuance of 11,200,000,000 common shares of Dito CME Holdings Corp. ("Dito CME") in favor of Udenna Corporation ("Udenna").
Further to the Comprehensive Corporate Disclosures of Dito CME (C08039-2020 and C08040-2020), the Company wishes to inform the exchange that the independent fairness opinion report has been issued to Dito CME. Please see attached the salient points of the fairness opinion report.

$ DITO - Globe Telecom has NOW signed also for an agreement for INTERCONNECTION after the press released of PLDT this morning for the same agreement. This will be a good MOVED for DITO many consumers will get benefits for the LOW price and EXPANDED coverage for their users.

Telecommunications giants PLDT Inc. and Globe Telecom Inc. have signed interconnection deals with telco newcomer Dito Telecommunity Corp. to ensure seamless communication of their customers.
