Female Empowerment SACCO (FESACCO) is proudly represented by our Matabeleland Leadership Team at the SACCO Policy Validation Meeting being held at Holiday Inn, Bulawayo, hosted by the World Bank in partnership with the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development.

The meeting brings together key stakeholders to validate the proposed SACCO Policy before it is tabled in Parliament. As a leading women-led SACCO, FESACCO is honored to contribute its experience and insights to help shape a policy framework that strengthens financial inclusion, promotes cooperative growth, protects members' interests, and supports the sustainable development of SACCOs across Zimbabwe.

We applaud the Government and its partners for this important milestone in advancing the cooperative movement and creating an enabling environment for SACCOs to thrive.

FESACCO was honored to attend and participate in the Young Farmers Value Chain Dialogue held at Makombe, organized by MWACSMED in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture. The dialogue brought together young farmers actively involved in value chain activities to share experiences, challenges, and opportunities in value addition and agribusiness development.

As FESACCO, we remain committed to empowering farmers through financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and sustainable value chain development.

Good morning, Leaders,

Please be advised that on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, FESACCO will be participating in a dialogue hosted by MWACSMED in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture. The dialogue is targeted at young farmers aged 40 years and below who are actively involved in agricultural value chain activities.

As a result, the FESACCO Office will be closed today to allow management and staff to attend this important engagement.

Good Day Bankers,

On behalf of the Management Board, we would like to sincerely thank you all for attending our Saturday Special General Meeting (SGM). We trust that you travelled safely back to your respective provinces.

We would like to assure you that both the Management Committee and the Board remain fully committed to safeguarding the interests of the Female Empowerment SACCO, protecting the legacy we have built together, and preserving the hard work of our members. We will continue to act in the best interests of the organization and ensure that all matters affecting the SACCO are handled professionally and in accordance with the law.

Where necessary, our legal team will take appropriate action against any individuals or groups whose actions seek to damage the reputation of the SACCO, its members, or interfere with its lawful operations.

As we continue with Phase 3, let us remain united, focused, and committed to our shared vision. This is our organization, built through the dedication and sacrifices of its members, and together we will continue to strengthen and grow it. No individual is greater than the collective membership of the SACCO.

We will keep you updated on all significant developments. Any matters requiring legal intervention will be pursued through the proper legal channels to ensure accountability and justice.

We had a successful Business Presentation on Tuesday with the Makomborero Project Group. Members were introduced to the benefits of saving and investing through FESACCO and also received valuable poultry production training from our Project Manager. We appreciate the active participation of all attendees and look forward to seeing the group grow both financially and through sustainable income-generating projects. Together, we are empowering communities and building brighter futures.

We had a successful Business Presentation in Glen Norah on Friday. We had the opportunity to engage with community members and share how FESACCO is empowering individuals through savings, investments, affordable loans, and financial inclusion.

The presentation was proudly led by the youth, demonstrating the important role young people are playing in driving financial literacy, community development, and economic empowerment. It was inspiring to see young leaders confidently sharing knowledge and encouraging others to take control of their financial future.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended, participated, and contributed to the success of the event. Together, we are building a stronger, financially empowered community and creating opportunities for sustainable growth for all.
