Kerita Tawana Choga post.
I have posted this before but l will post it yearly to help others make informed decisions.
I always say instead of buying my first 6 k car in 2014 l should have bought cattle @$500 each . I would have bought 12 matsiru angu 6 years later am sure l would be having around 40 cattle 😇. But now am stuck with a car that needs mantainance bla bla 😟😟😟dai ndakaziva haitungamire. Thank God for Tuma Kerri the car is now generating some money. Its high time l start making smart decisions in life. I have seen cattle that retail as much as $6k usd a beast thats a 2008 honda fit .
The things we put our energy on don’t make sense 5 years down the line . If l had made that smart decision 6 years ago am sure by now my dad would have been talking about carrying capacity on the farm because his herd and my herd combined would be overwhelming the grazing land .
I am sure l would be paying the workers who help with the cattle herding. It is what it is l just have to lick my wounds quietly. My brother got a gift of a braham tsiru after passing his grade7 that was in 2004 . He now enjoys a herd of cattle, he often sells the cattle to finance some of his projects he is only 30.Looking back at 2014 l was 27 years old l had just started a new job in the usd era all my workmates including the branch manager we were all in our late 20s . We would spend free time on Sbt japan and beforwad looking at cars if only we had used it to reseach on income generation projects, we would have been in a good financial position.lf l decide to sell my car today ndikawana anondipa $3.5 ndimwari chaiye anenge apindira. I am 36years old now a mother of one l need to start working for my future. My sister at 24 she bought some cattle last year a smart decision for her age. When she finally relocates to Zimbabwe she can sell some ototenga stand or mota .
My advice kana wabata mari dzikama tova hama make wise decisions.
There are so many things that generate money that you can put your money on , cattle can be a long shot if you don’t have land etc . Some of you baby girls are making money buy stands in small towns and rural district councils.5 years from now you can resell at a profit. Instead of buying an expensive vehicle for a start buy something basic that suits your needs. Imwe mari ita kuti igenerator imwe mari . Ikozvino am now buying cattle like mad ndikangobata kamari kari nani l start shusharing my dad kuti get me a heifer asap . The goal is to be having the big breeds like Borans , Bonsmara behind me . I have 4 years to get to 40 nguva hapachina .
