Economic Solutions for Zambia

We know the solution. Do we need the IMF to come and tell us.

• Unbundle and privatise ZESCO
• Liberalise the energy sector
• Minimise on corruption per American ambassador advise
• Stop implementing socialist policies. Socialism only makes the ruling class rich and in the long ran leads to inflation, weak currency, etc
• Reduce taxes
• Encourage PPEs for the following projects in order to minimise on debt accumulation:
o Roads and roll gates
o Power plants
o Airports, etc
• Invest in education and health, stop investing in companies, let the private sector do the job and just collect the taxes

Indecision and procrastination can have no possible result but failure.

Break through the cobwebs of indecision.

Questions

1. Is there something I know I ought to do and have not done?
2. Is there any good reason why I don’t do it right now?
3. Do I crowd my calendar with so many appointments that I cannot possibly meet them on time?
4. Do I wait until 10 hrs. to prepare for a 10 hrs. appointment?
5. Do I waste time by inability to decide which of two courses of action to take?
6. Do I let small problems pile up on me while wasting time trying to decide on some big problem?
7. Do I waste time thinking vaguely about courses of action I will probably never take up?
8. Do I procrastinate because of some big problem which because of my failure to analyze seems impossible to solve
9. Do I procrastinate in important matters because I let fear or distaste turn me aside from decision and action?
