Over the past few weeks, I put together a small survey and spent time speaking directly with both buyers and sellers across Zambia.

First, thank you to everyone who took the time to respond, share feedback, and challenge some of my assumptions.

A few assumptions validated.

A few assumptions broken.

The most valuable thing we’ve gained isn’t answers.

It’s better questions.

One thing is becoming clearer with every conversation:

Small businesses are already finding customers online. The challenge is understanding what helps those conversations become successful transactions.

That’s why we’re continuing to listen, learn, and build.
