Sending or receiving money across borders can be frustrating. Fees are not always clear, exchange rates can change, transfers can delay, and sometimes people are left wondering what stage the money is at.

With BwanaPay, we are starting with the Zambia–Malawi corridor so we can focus on real transfer problems first.

BwanaPay is conducting a short survey to better understand payment challenges, transfer fees, delays, exchange-rate issues, mobile money access, and cross-border payment needs.

The survey takes about 3–5 minutes to complete.
