TOP REASONS WHY YOU ARE FAILING IN YOUR BUSINESS

1. YOU'RE BLAMING THE ECONOMY
You're not the only one. Business is tough out there with all the complexities and short stops, but there are still the top 20% of businesses that are booming. So is it the economy or is it you? If you build it properly then the economy will not affect your business.
2. YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH YOURSELF
Does it feel like you're chasing your tail and having to keep your company afloat ? YOU are doing ALL the WORK. This is a big problem for most business owners as you believe nobody can do it as well as you can. Delegation is a strength, not a weakness.

Are you still using excel for your CRM or an old website to try get business. There are over 175 free business apps you could be using to assist your growth but you are "old school" and not willing to change. I see this everyday. Business owners who are too stubborn to learn new ideas and techniques. They will drag their businesses into the gutter before they are willing to get help. The world is changing, so change is absolutely necessary for growth.
5. SLOW TO CHANGE
The internet is changing business at the speed of new ideas. You cannot be applying techniques that you used 2 years ago, today. They are just not working anymore.
6. JUST NOT AMBITIOUS ENOUGH
Ambitious people are busy growing, learning, pushing the envelope all the time. They are constantly looking for the next level. Is this you? Now take that energy and learn how to propel your business and brand into the next space.

two and now they're the experts.

- Learn from those who have a vested interest in your success
