Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Products Procurement Manager to join our team in Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring nut-based agricultural products, such as peanuts and cashews, from local suppliers at competitive prices. Additionally, they will oversee the export and logistics transportation of these products.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure high-quality nut-based agricultural products from local suppliers in Zambia.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of products.
- Familiarize yourself with procedures for exporting agricultural products from Zambia.
- Arrange for the export and logistics transportation of procured products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of negotiating competitive prices with suppliers.
- Strong understanding of export procedures and regulations in Zambia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
