CREDIFY OFFICES WILL NOT OPERATE ON THE VOTING DAY
As the Nation of Zambia goes to the polls on Thursday, 13th August 2026, Credify Lending Limited wishes to inform all our valued customers that our offices will be closed on Election Day.
This is to allow our members of staff to exercise their civic right to vote and participate in the democratic process.
Please take note of the following:
Wednesday, 12th August 2026
Our offices will operate as normal. Customers who have loan repayments, collections, account enquiries or other transactions to attend to are encouraged to do so in advance to avoid last minute inconvenience.
Thursday, 13th August 2026
All Credify offices will remain closed. Our normal operations will resume on the next business day.
Customers who normally make payments or have scheduled transactions on Election Day are encouraged to plan and make arrangements in advance where possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
