Grace for the Woman Who Is Trying
Lady D’s Resilience Counselling

To the young woman still figuring life out,
to the single woman healing and waiting,
to the married woman carrying many roles
this is for you.

Psychology reminds us that growth is a process, not a switch. Trying is not weakness; it is emotional strength. The mind needs time to unlearn, relearn, and heal.

If you are trying to do better than yesterday, trying to set boundaries, trying to communicate, trying to choose peace over pressure that effort matters. Self-compassion reduces stress, strengthens emotional resilience, and helps us build healthier relationships.

You don’t need to be perfect to be worthy.
You don’t need to have it all together to be enough.

Grace means allowing yourself to grow without punishing yourself.

You are not failing. You are becoming.

💔Two Sisters, One Goodbye😭😭💔💔

This week has reminded me just how fragile life truly is…
On Saturday, we said goodbye to Auntie Clara — a woman of wisdom, grace, and deep love. And just days later, her younger sister Auntie Maria followed her strong, gentle, and full of quiet resilience.
Two sisters. Two pillars in our family. Gone so suddenly.
The pain of not being able to attend your funerals is something I’m still struggling with… but your memories will forever live in my heart.
I stand today not just in grief, but in gratitude,for the lessons, the love, and the strength you both gave us.
To anyone out there mourning, hurting, or feeling overwhelmed by loss — you are not alone. Grief is real, and healing takes time.
Rest in peace, Auntie Clara and Auntie Maria.
Forever remembered. Forever loved. 🕊️
