One of the first steps towards financial freedom is having a budget, and actually reviewing it regularly.

Make it a goal this January to set up a realistic budget and specific times to review it. We review ours on Fridays, right before the weekend spending starts.

It just takes 5 minutes. We use a budgeting app to keep everything up to date and simply check in together.
