🚨Important Reminder for eZaga NSFAS Students!
Hey eZaga fam! Just a quick reminder to always prioritize your online security, especially when it comes to your passwords and sensitive banking information. Here are a few key points to keep in mind:
🔒 Keep Your Passwords Safe: Never share your Ezaga password with anyone, including friends, family, or strangers. Your password is like the key to your financial safety, so keep it confidential, don't share OTPs as ezaga call centre agents will never request this.
📱Only use the official eZaga Nsfas App or USSD to transact on. Don't use pages and links from unverified sources, by entering your details on these platforms you are sharing personal info with fraudsters.
🏧 ATM Safety: When using an ATM, be cautious of your surroundings and never disclose your PIN or password to anyone, even if they claim to be assisting you. Shield the keypad when entering your PIN to prevent anyone from seeing it.
📵 Avoid Screenshots: Resist the urge to take screenshots of sensitive bank details, such as your account balance, transaction history, or login screens. Screenshots can easily fall into the wrong hands if your device is lost, stolen, or hacked.
Your security is our top priority at eZaga, and we're here to help you protect your financial information every step of the way. If you ever have concerns or suspect unauthorized activity on your account, don't hesitate to reach out to us immediately.
Stay vigilant, stay secure!
