“I remember working at SPAR. I remember requesting leave for my exams, and when I handed in my timetable, my manager became so rude and agitated when he realised I was a Law student.
He shouted, “Why is she here if she’s studying Law?” From that day onwards, the toxicity and abuse towards me only got worse. It felt like everything was being done to make sure that I quit.
And yeah, I did. I’m humbled by the experience. Today I’m a qualified lawyer❤️”
