☐ Your full personal details
☐ A clear list of beneficiaries
☐ Who should receive specific assets or possessions

☐ Your nominated executor
☐ A guardian for minor children
☐ Instructions for a minor child’s inheritance
☐ Your signature and those of two competent witnesses
☐ A safe place for the original signed will
