We are looking to hire a driven individual to join our team and be trained as financial Advisor. You will spend your day talking to clients about their financial objectives and challenges and will then recommend an appropriate financial planning strategy.
To excel in this tightly regulated role you should have excellent people skills, perseverance and a go-getting attitude.
Full training and ongoing support provided. Opportunities for Advancement and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Networking and prospecting to find new business
• Setting up appointments and meeting clients in person
• Develop and implement solutions for clients.
• Identify and build relationships with your clients.
• Annual client reviews * Upselling and cross-selling.
• Adhere to underwriting criteria (FAIS requirements).
• Remain accredited and up to date with industry developments
Job Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Previous Sales Experience is an advantage
• RE 5 (for experienced advisors only)
• Min 120 Long Term FAIS Credits (for experienced advisors only)
• Clear criminal record
• Clear ITC
• Own Vehicle (Advantageous)
Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent Salary: Commission
Skills Requirements:
• Must be willing and able to source prospective clients and obtain referrals
• Be prepared to meet with clients in person
• Self-starter with excellent peoples skills
