Welma Fourie is the visionary behind Balance Ur Act Accounting, bringing over 25 years of expertise to the table. Her professional journey began after school when she started her clerkship at an audit firm, balancing work and studies to achieve her Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.

After qualifying, Welma transitioned into academia, dedicating 14 years to educating and inspiring the next generation of financial professionals. In 2008, she stepped into the corporate world, taking on a head finance role and gaining 10 years of hands-on experience in managing complex financial operations.

By late 2018, Welma pursued her passion for supporting entrepreneurs and founded Balance Ur Act Accounting, a firm focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Since its inception, the company has grown steadily, offering personalized financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of business owners.
