- Must have an existing house, at least 3 bdr where they can live while developing the stand (They are not willing to rent elsewhere while developing, they want an existing house on the same property, this is not negotiable)
- Budget more or less R10m, depending on the offering. If it warrants a higher price, they will consider it.
