From leading Eskom’s bold expansion into Soweto and beyond, to integrating former homelands post-democracy, Mr Joe Matsau rose through senior executive roles with purpose and vision. Alongside his corporate journey, he became a proud member and later Board representative of EPPF.

Reflecting on his pension journey, Joe describes the Fund as “a well-oiled machine… one organisation that allows a member, a pensioner, to sleep at night and not wake up hearing that their assets are gone.”
