Celebrating Women. Honouring the Journey. Creating Opportunities.

I recently had the privilege of attending the ITOO Women’s Ch*****ne Breakfast at Villa Arcadia, an inspiring gathering that provided a wonderful opportunity to connect, reflect and celebrate the achievements of women.

As we mark Women’s Month, I find myself reflecting on my own journey and transition into financial services.

Becoming a businesswoman and franchise owner has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Along the way, I have gained immensely from the women around me, their wisdom, encouragement, resilience and willingness to share their experiences.

I am particularly grateful for the support of the Fairbairn Consult team, whose contribution and encouragement have been an important part of my journey.

I am proud to be a woman in financial services.

But for me, the journey is not only about building a successful business. It is about creating opportunities for other women to build their own careers, businesses and financial independence.
