We are proud to announce some positive news for our policy holders.
Santam has confirmed that they will be discounting the motor premiums collected in April by 20% and returning this 20% to their clients.
Santam sees the risk in exposure for vehicles in a favourable light and since most vehicles are not in full use during lockdown, they thought it well to let this component filter down to benefit to policyholders, all of whom are impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The motor discount will be applied as follows:
• Discount all motor premiums collected in April for both commercial and personal lines by twenty percent (20%).
• The discount will reduce the debit order the client is expected to pay in May 2020, which will comprise of the full premium for May less the 20% discount on the April motor premium
