We are currently recruiting for an Australian Insurance Campaign – Customer Service Role and would really appreciate your referrals.
Requirements:
✅ 6–12 months Call Centre / Insurance OR High-End Customer Service experience
✅ Matric (Grade 12) or Grade 11
✅ Must be willing to work Australian shift hours: 12 midnight – 10:00 AM
✅ Strong communication, neutral accent & ability to hold conversations
✅ Good listener, quick thinker & problem-solver
✅ Experience in handling objections, upselling, persuading customers and empathising (insurance/renewals, billing, cancellations, customer service engagement & handling queries etc.)
