On Friday, 19 December 2025, our Chairman survived a planned assassination attempt allegedly orchestrated through members of South African Police Service The perpetrators attempted to gain access to him using a fraudulent warrant of arrest.

The intended narrative was that our Chairman had resisted arrest and “wadubula abhekise emaphoyiseni,” thereby justifying his unlawful killing.

The purported Section 165 warrant of arrest presented was fraudulent and falsely linked to case number 147/06/24 of Edenvale. Verification enquiries were made with both the relevant Magistrate’s Court and the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI).

Both institutions categorically confirmed that no warrant of arrest exists against our Chairman.
