We are glad that our client could throw the first concrete after a delay of some 8 months through red tape.....
The Lanoy is now happening and first occupants can move in during October.
Glad we pre-sold 26 to date.

Our client has now recieved building plan approval for The Lanoy apartment development. 30 apartments in total and in phase 1 consisting of 18'apartments we sold 17. Of the other 12 apartments we wold 7 so far. And they only start building coming Monday. It is a pleasure to be involved in this development and we look for more.
