In all areas of our business, from first contact to our follow up courtesy call, after our client’s vehicle has been returned to them. We are confident in our workmanship and thus offer a 3 year warranty on workmanship, and a 5 year paint warranty. Time
We understand that a vehicle is an integral part of a client’s lifestyle, and must be returned to them in the soonest possible time. We work closely with the insurance broker, assessor, parts suppliers and our client so as to reduce any delays which might occur during the repair process. We have to deliver the same service to our clients, as we want delivered to us, when we are served. To this end we have a client liason officer who will keep our client up to date with the progress of their repair, every step of the way. We have employed the services of an external customer management company to measure our customer service, and we are currently boasting a 98% customer satisfaction rating. Price

We ensure a detailed work estimate is prepared for you, indicating all that will be required to get your motor vehicle back to its original appearance. You should never have to ask for one of these reports and if you find yourself not getting one, this should raise a red flag. Do not allow any work to commence before you receive this estimate.
XLNT Panel be**ers use measuring systems to check specific points of the car against the original sizing dimensions provided by the manufacturer. Automotive cleaning products are applied, followed by a tar and insect remover solution to remove layers of wax and grease. Any rust is removed by sanding and a circular saw. Lastly the panels are then beaten with planishing hammers to remove metal dents.
Wherever possible your motor vehicle parts are repaired, however severely damaged units may have to be replaced. Our trained body repair technicians with outstanding expertise will repair sheet metal and plastics with such skill that it you would be hard pressed to find damage indications once the job is completed. If you have had your car repaired elsewhere and you can still see slight dents or imperfections following the completion of panel work, question the garage and have them complete it to the standard you would require. Make sure this is done prior to the vehicle leaving the panel be**ers premises as you may encounter difficulty bringing the vehicle back after it has left the premises.
Metals may be straightened using hydraulic and mechanical tools, with any replacement or repaired sections expertly re-joined using welding techniques. Additional processes undertaken by XLNT Panel be**ers include re-upholstery of seats, floors and roofs as well as rust proofing and undercoating of completely repaired automotive bodies.
