TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ready Stock Order:
1. Buyers must fully settle the payment once order confirmed. Buyer is required to complete the online payment with 48 hours after receiving the payment notice. Otherwise, the ordered will be cancelled.

3. The item will be shipped out within 3 days once received buyer’s payment. The delivery time excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
4. The item is either 1pc or 2pcs for the same design or same color. It is due to first come first serve, once sold out, some item can repeat order, or vice verse.
5. The color of the item which in the picture maybe different from the real item, due to the monitor setting.
6. All the item will be check before shipping out , guarantee it was 100% authentic and in good condition.
7. Exchange or refund will only be allowed under these 2 conditions.
1) Item is damaged during shipment.
2) Item is out of stock.
8. All our items are direct imported from U.S., is 100% authentic, not imitation or AAA grade merchandise, if not, we'll refund back your money.

Pre-Order:
1. Buyer is needed to pay 50% of the down-payment to proceed the ordered from US. It need to take around 10-15 working days to delivered the item to buyer.

Payments
1. We accept payment via Maybank and CIMB only. PAYPAL payment can be arranged (4% Paypal fee applies).

3. 50% of non-refundable deposit is required for reservation if the items is pre-order, or due to certain arrangement. Buyer is required to pay the balance before the item is ship.
4. The item will be hold for 5 days and will be relist if balance is not paid.
5. COD can be arranged at the agreed mutual time & place, like Klang, Subang, Mutiara Damansara or Seremban. 50% of deposit is required and settle the balance during collection.
6. Once Buyer have confirmed and paid for your order, NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS can be made. All sales are final.

Delivery
1. Items will be sent via Poslaju, the posting & handling cost are RM 10 for small items, RM 15 for medium items & RM 20 for bags or larger items in Peninsular Malaysia. To East Malaysia, the posting & handling cost are RM 15 for small items, RM20 for medium items & RM40 for bags or larger items.
2. We are not responsible on the late delivery due to the postal service.
3. If insurance is not purchased, shipping/courier is at your own risk during local delivery.
4. Tracking number will be mailed to buyer once the package is mailed.
5. For pre-orders, estimated delivery time is 10 -15 working days. Some delays may occur during festive seasons or custom clearance.
7. For pre-order items, we will be responsible for any loss or damage while it was shipped from a foreign country. Local delivery is at your own risk.
8. COD can be arranged at the agreed mutual time & place.
9. The items will be delivered without original gift box as it will incur additional transportation cost. However, it can be arranged if request from the Buyer and the additional charge will bare by the buyer according to the size and weight.
