HOLDING STATEMENT: Filinvest Land Communities Safe and Secure Following Mindanao Earthquake

Following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck off the coast of Sarangani, Mindanao earlier this morning at approximately 7:37 AM, Filinvest Land assures the public, our homeowners, and our partners that all our residential communities and projects in the Mindanao region are safe.

No injuries or casualties have been recorded across any of our developments.

Our property management and engineering teams have completed initial technical inspections across all properties. We are now prioritizing the detailed assessment of key infrastructure and will provide residents with immediate updates should any areas require attention.

The safety and well-being of our residents and tenants remain our absolute priority. Our dedicated on-ground teams will continue to monitor the situation closely, coordinate with local disaster risk reduction management councils, and conduct further detailed assessments as a precautionary measure against aftershocks.

For any urgent concerns or updates, residents may reach out directly to their respective Property Management Offices (PMO).
