He has held leadership positions, most recently as Vice President at Svasti Microfinance, a 149-branch Microfinance organization with over 2 million customers in India.

Over his career, Nitesh has leveraged technology to transform financial services through digital lending and collection solutions and ERP-enabled process optimization, driving efficiency, stronger controls, improved customer experience and operational effectiveness. With this strong foundation, he has joined SPBD Fiji as General Manager, bringing his more than two decades of practical microfinance experience, industry knowledge and leadership expertise to the South Pacific!
