Shane Hryhorec was removed from a Virgin flight this week over his wheelchair motor. Humiliated in front of 200 people.

Here's our founder's story.

Elizabeth booked a wheelchair with Virgin Australia. They left her without one. Three years in a row. Melbourne. Denpasar.

Then they handed her a piece of paper and asked her to write down what was wrong with herself.

She said no.

"I have an invisible disability. You can't see it from the check in counter. That doesn't make it less real, and it doesn't make the wheelchair I booked optional."

We build SDA homes. We know what dignity looks like. It is not being asked to explain your disability at the check in counter.

One incident is a mistake. A pattern is a policy problem.

Virgin Australia, you have utterly let us down.

If Virgin has left you without the assistance you booked, tell us below.

Wrapping up inspections today, and the feedback was consistent.

This home doesn’t feel clinical.
It feels like a luxury hotel.

That balance between functionality and comfort is what defines a well-executed SDA property.

There’s a clear difference between building something that feels like a facility… and creating a home where participants genuinely want to live.

This particular property already has two participants engaged, with the third currently being placed through an SDA provider a reflection of strong demand aligned with the right design and location.

Yes, these projects require significant investment.
But when executed correctly, they deliver more than just a finished build they become high-quality, income-producing assets supported by real demand.

If you’d like to understand whether your land is suitable for SDA and how we assess sites before building, we’re here to help.

A quick message to the community.

Recently someone attempted to post some very dark political content on my platform. I want to be very clear about something.
This space is about property.
It’s about strategy.
It’s about helping people make informed decisions with their land and real estate.
My personal rule in life is simple: be kind.
This platform isn’t a place for political division or unkindness. It’s a place where we talk about property opportunities, development strategy, and helping people understand what they can do with their land.
If you’re looking for genuine guidance, strategic advice, or want to explore what’s possible with your property, I’m always happy to help.
I truly love what I do and the people I work with.
Have a beautiful day.

Today we were on the ground in Werribee reviewing land opportunities for clients and the data is clear.

Right now, 74 people are actively seeking shared accommodation in the area.
Available rooms with private ensuites and full furnishing? Only 13.
That imbalance tells a very simple story.

Low vacancy.
Limited supply.
Rising rents.
Strong demand for quality shared accommodation. When demand significantly outweighs supply, opportunity follows.
The question isn’t whether there is demand.

The question is whether your property is positioned to meet it.

If you’d like to explore how we can structure your site into a high-yielding, income-producing asset in high-demand corridors,
