You may be eligible for help from the City of Chicago Department of Family and Support Services’ Rental Assistance Program (RAP).

RAP helps Chicagoans who have housing right now, but who may become homeless soon because they have lost income or had another eligible emergency which prevents them from paying rent.

Help for families who are eligible may include:

- Payment of future rent or rent in arrears to prevent eviction

- Security deposits in cases of fire, flood, foreclosure, domestic violence or court-ordered eviction

OK day one been on the phone since 8 AM this morning barely caught my breath every single person I know seems to have called me this is amazing thank you all so so much but I said I wasn’t gonna work this hard so back off me just a smidge first day back I got three leads direct to Seller locked in this week and an REO about to be under contract one of my assignments is scheduled to close by the end of the week things are looking pretty good I’m pretty happy with my first day back in the Chi.
