A graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Thai national, Pawin brings over 10 years of international leadership experience in CEO positions across the USA, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, and Vietnam.

Pawin has specialized in e-commerce, distribution technology, retail management, and omni-channel enterprise solutions. His extensive experience spans key roles in companies like the Jardine Matheson Group (strategy in Hong Kong, retail operations, C-level experience), Zung Fu Motors in Macau (General Manager), Guardian Health & Beauty Vietnam (CEO), and VNLIFE (Group Business Director, Group CEO of TEKO - New Retail Division).

We are honored to have Mr. Cuong Anh Nguyen, CFA as a distinguished speaker at the 5th Startups & VCs Meetup, taking place on September 26 at Intercontinental Saigon.

Mr. Cuong is an exceptional financial professional turned entrepreneur, bringing experience in the investment and startup ecosystems. He graduated as the Valedictorian of Foreign Trade University in 2007, is a CFA Charterholder, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Latrobe University.

He began his career in financial services, including over 6 years in various leadership roles, such as Manager at Vietnam Holding Asset Management. His transition into entrepreneurship was marked by his role as CEO of Lendiz, a startup specializing in motorbike financing.

Ms. Rebecca Joy is an experienced technology entrepreneur with a career spanning over 25 years, co-founding six startups, including her current venture, Saigon A.I.
