We are looking forward to revitalizing this area of Main St.
After consultation with the experts, 47 Main was unsalvagable. A fire many years ago made the foundation unstable and ready to fall on its own, we sped up the process with removal.
45 Main St is going under a complete gut and rehabilitation.

We were happy to donate it to the Yorkville Fire & Hose Co. Inc. to use for invaluable training of its volunteer firefighters.
