Luke and Debra have a history of scamming people through life insurance lead schemes and recruiting plans. They were fired from Empower Insurance (proof agents dealing with them in the picture) and are now operating at Policy under Smith, the company owner.

I reached out to Matt, but he and Luke are close friends, and he doesn’t care. Luke is not legally able to sell insurance, so they operate under Debra’s license instead.

Avoid these CON-ARTIST at all possible!!!

Luke and Debra are now involved in an insurance company called Life Policy. They will try to recruit you and take your money. Luke cannot sell life insurance, but may be using Debra's license to operate. I have already contacted the owners of this company about them. If they don't repsond I will add them to this to expose all who these two work with. Luke, Debra, and their son Kyan should be considered dangerous and will one day go to jail.

They’re using this new business as a way to scam clients out of money. Recently, they even tried to take $3,000 from someone in Florida. Don’t fall for it. They don’t own a gym, they don’t have a client list, and Luke has no history of bodybuilding or competing in shows. It’s just another fake business front. Neither Luke nor Debra works a regular job, and they don’t file taxes. Their son, , runs this with his parents; they are all 3 con artists!

Debra and Luke’s pattern is to approach people either asking for money directly or pitching it as an “investment.” For example, Luke will say, “Give me $5,000 and I’ll return $7,000.” They’ll even present a business plan to make it look legitimate. The truth is, neither of them works or holds a job. I’ve heard countless stories of them doing this to people. In one case, years ago, Luke convinced a woman to hand over more than $60,000 of her retirement savings — and she lost everything.

Luke was recently employed at GreenWave Technology Solutions in Chesapeake, VA, but was terminated once his actions came to light. He also reportedly stole more than $10,000 from someone at the company. Both Luke and Debra have a history of borrowing money without repaying it, and since neither of them works, this has become their primary way of obtaining cash.

Debra and Luke were recently removed from the Unity Softball Association in Yorktown, VA, after it was discovered that they had taken money from seven families. They misused a donation fund, which was intended to support the team, by keeping the contributions for themselves.
