We bought this little house at cash action sale, although small in square feet we saw its highest potential in it being in a multifamily zoning, in the middle of the cleaning another multifamily opportunity came up, this one with much more square feet and opportunity to do creative financing so we moved quick and secured. Instead of leaving this little house sitting we moved on sold as-is to another investor within our circle.
