Our social team was boots on the ground last week in Clermont, FL checking on the progress of our new property in the Four Corners area!

The property will feature our two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes, resort-style amenities and a convenient location just 20 minutes from Central Florida’s iconic theme parks. There’s still a lot of progress to make, but it’s exciting to see Pointe Grand Crossing at Four Corners come to life!

Earlier this week, team members from across our Georgia communities came together in Macon for a day of volunteering with Habitat for Humanity International. Working alongside Habitat for Humanity, our team helped renovate a home for a local family, putting time and teamwork toward a project that will make a meaningful difference for the family and the overall community.

It's a great place to work!!

For the second consecutive year, we have received the Great Places to Work certification, and last week, we took some time to celebrate our team by heading to an after-hours outing at Topgolf. Giving back is an important part of who we are at Hillpointe. We care deeply about the communities where we live and work, and we want to make sure we are giving back in meaningful ways. That's why our teams put their skills to the test during a friendly competition with a purpose. Split into 15 teams, participants took on five Survivor-esque challenges. With each challenge completed, teams earned a piece of a bike. Once they had collected all the pieces, it was time to work together and assemble children’s bikes.

After the bikes were assembled, they were donated to BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation, a local Winter Park organization supporting children and families impacted by cancer. Founder and CEO, Terri Jones Robbins, joined us to share her gratitude and explained that the bikes will be gifted to children this holiday season.

We're still thinking about last week! Our 2026 Leadership Conference was a tremendous success, and one thing is clear; we are truly creating something grand here at Hillpointe.

While the week was filled with educational sessions, inspiring conversations and opportunities to learn from one another, what stood out most was the energy in the room. From meaningful connections and plenty of laughs, to team-building and celebrating the people who make Hillpointe what it is, the room was filled with smiles.
As we continue to grow, last week was a reminder that our people and our culture are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re proud of what we’ve built together, and we're even more excited about what’s ahead.

Day 2 of the Hillpointe Leadership Conference is definitely one for the books!

We kicked off the day with an incredible keynote from former NFL player Jacob Brown, who challenged our team to think differently about leadership through his “Avocado Leadership” concept; a reminder that what’s on the inside matters most.

We also welcomed Brandon Moxam, who helped our team dive deeper into their Culture Index and better understand how we each show up, communicate and work together.

To round out the day, Steven Campisi, CFA, Kelly Mahoney & our executive team took the stage for a live roundtable discussion, sharing insights, answering questions and giving our team an inside look at the leadership behind Hillpointe.

Yesterday has been filled with learning, connection, self-reflection, and meaningful conversations! We’re excited to keep the momentum going the rest of the week!

Before one of our communities officially opens its doors, there is an incredible amount of work happening behind the scenes to bring the vision to life.

As construction nears completion, we offer appointment-only hard hat tours, giving prospective residents an exclusive opportunity to explore the community before it's complete. Guided by our team along a designated path, future residents can walk through the space and get a firsthand look at the apartment homes, amenities and shared areas that will soon become a thriving community.

These tours provide a unique opportunity to experience the progress taking place while also showcasing the collaboration, planning and craftsmanship that goes into every Hillpointe property. We’re always excited to welcome prospective residents for these behind-the-scenes tours and give them an early look at the place they may soon call home.
