Here’s your weekend reminder: Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or another thing on your to-do list.

Sometimes the best thing we can do for our mental wellness is change our routine, get our bodies moving, and reconnect with the simple things that bring us joy.

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate therapist to join our established private-pay practice.

Pathway offers evidence-based counseling with a Christian foundation. We welcome a clinician with experience integrating Christian faith into therapy when requested by the client and clinically appropriate, while respecting each client’s beliefs and goals.

What we offer

* 60/40 split: Clinician receives 60% of collected session fees; practice receives 40%.
* Furnished office space in Winter Haven.
* In-person and telehealth options.
* Electronic documentation, scheduling, and payment systems.
* Marketing support.

Availability and caseload goals will be discussed during the interview.

What we’re looking for

* Active, unrestricted Florida LMHC or LMFT license.
* At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience.
* Training or experience in Christian faith-integrated counseling.
* Sound clinical judgment, strong communication, and timely documentation.
* Professional liability insurance.

Additional clinical specialties and certifications are welcomed.

Today, give yourself permission to notice the small shifts. You don’t have to rush your becoming or have something to show for every season. 🌿

Even in the silence, growth continues. Give yourself grace for the growth you cannot yet see. 💛
