After getting beat out in a multiple offer situation two weeks ago on what would've been a '3-5 year' home, we decided to expand our search area. At the same time, this dreamy property was listed. THEY BOUGHT A HOUSE!

These homebuyers absolutely CRUSHED the process.

Was it perfectly smooth? …mostly 😆

At one point we realized their out-of-state bank forgot to endorse their cashier’s check (because buying a home always needs a little plot twist, right? 😅).

But here’s the thing, they didn’t spiral. They didn’t panic. They handled it like total rockstars and we kept it moving.

Huge shoutout to their amazing agent who negotiated seller concessions to help secure them the best possible rate AND advocated to ensure they’re walking into a home with a properly operating furnace (Colorado winters are not for the weak 🥶🔥).

And the BEST part?!
They’re moving TWO streets down from one of their besties.

Neighborhood block parties loading… 🏡✨

First-time buyers → homeowners.
Built-in community.
Core memories incoming. 🤍
