If you run a small business in New York, you need to know about the NYS Secure Choice Savings Program!

New York is the 15th state to implement this, and registration is mandatory if you have 10 or more employees. You should be talking to your payroll company NOW to ensure compliance.

CRITICAL DEADLINES BASED ON EMPLOYEE COUNT:

30+ Employees: March 18, 2026

15-29 Employees: May 15, 2026

10-14 Employees: July 15, 2026
