I want to be able to make a difference in my client’s lives and create a lifelong relationship. I have recently joined PRMG and have 12 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. My prior experience was on the credit reporting side of the industry educating loan officers and lenders on credit education and providing support with building and maintaining credit. I am passionate about sharing my expertise in the credit space with everyone. Educating and helping clients understand the role credit plays in everyday life helps set me apart as a loan officer. I have transitioned back to the lending side of the business where I apply my credit expertise to educate clients and helping them achieve their financial and homeownership goals. Integrity, customer service, honesty, respect, and professionalism are especially important when helping customer. I believe the mortgage process should be about building relationships and helping customers achieve their home financing goals, not just a transaction. I take a consultative approach to the home loan process by customizing each loan to meet my client’s needs and am passionate about sharing my knowledge. I help first-time home buyers, repeat customers and seniors considering a reverse mortgage. Believing a home purchase is one of the biggest financial transactions a person makes, I strive to educate clients so they can make the best possible choice in selecting the right loan for them. I am very responsive and believe in being available to answer questions at all hours to provide an excellent customer experience. Scott treats all his clients as if they are family. When I am not helping clients, you can find him spending time with his family and loves the time he gets with his grandkids. He is an animal lover and loves giving back volunteering his time with the Colorado Mortgage Lender’s Association (CMLA) and local mission.
