MEET THE BUSINESS OWNER:
Peter Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American businessman who arrive in the United States at the age of 7. He is the oldest in his family and the first to receive and graduate from higher academic schooling. In 2010, he graduated as a proud Bruin from UCLA and instantly began his professional career with Target. As the team leader of his store’s order of operations, Peter developed the ability to delegate and inspire his team members to work together and enhance their store. He then decided to change his environment and went to work with Amazon, managing one of their industrial warehouse locations. This new atmosphere allowed for Peter to initiate meaningful relationships with his associates as he actively chose to work alongside them on the floor grounds. It was these instances of face-to-face, and first-hand interactions with his teams that fostered in Peter his desire to form gratifying connections in his daily life. The choice to become a Mortgage Loan Officer was determined with this desire in mind. Peter loves being a Mortgage Loan Officer because it places him in an environment that strives off interpersonal connections.
