Just want to let you know that DTS and the people at DTS are absolutely wonderful to work with! I have had so MANY happy clients in the cooperative short sale program. January 2012 marked a new trend in real estate. Short sales soared with a whopping 33% year over year increase, leaving a lower foreclosure rate across the nation for the first time. A short sale occurs before foreclosure and oftentimes carries more appeal.
