Backyard Longboards Handmade longboard decks built by Jack Campbell and Alex Laitamaki. We embrace longboarding as a cathartic escape from the stresses of high school life.

Founded by Westfield High School students and longboard enthusiasts Jack Campbell and Alex Laitamaki, Backyard Longboards was created after our friends and family responded well to our experimental decks in 2011. Likewise, we believe that our boards can provide a fun, affordable, and effective way for others to do the same. Backyard Longboards strives to bring it back to the good ol' days of longb

oarding with classic design and functionality. Our goal is to provide our customers with the freedom to customize a stylish longboard deck without breaking the bank. Using high quality baltic birch and maple plywood, we hand make every deck with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our boards distinct style will turn heads wherever your shredding takes you.
