🚨 It might be a few days or a few hours from now you are going to see news headlines everywhere talking more about MORTGAGE RATES dropping! 👀

Yes the lowering trend is there, yes its possible and likely the fed will look to cut the "FED RATE" next month.

Just remember when the fed CUTS RATES the market is usually already priced in for the cut so your already behind the ball.

You should already be reaching out to me professional if you plan to buy or are looking to leverage current properties for new investments.

Just like everything else in the media its mostly BS or blown out of proportion or the info is delayed. So use me as your guide.

I am licensed in mortgages for a reason and I take my job seriously.
