Maintenance tip of the day. Make sure you setup a maintenence plan with a HVAC company and have your units serviced at least twice a year. This will help reduce major repairs at one time. Change your filters at least once a month to reduce allergens in your home.

Whew! The last few weeks have been something else.

We are saddened by the many instances of police brutality plaguing the black community in this country, but we are not discouraged. While there are countless heartbreaking stories of injustice, there is also hope. We are beginning to see so many people from various ethnic backgrounds stand up against the hate…. speaking out about the injustice through protesting, donating, challenging the status quo, and standing in solidarity with the black community. Everyone has a role in ending systemic racism and we’re encouraged by the many motivated souls who are promoting change now more than ever! We are committed to empowering others – just as we’ve always been, but the focus has shifted. The fight at large is bigger than us. Racism is the greatest global pandemic of our time, and we ask that you stand with us against the evils continuing to perpetuate hate. As always, we will continue to educate, support and empower the black community and we appreciate your continued encouragement and involvement in community efforts, as well. Together, we will end racism.

This project was a really fun one, all challenges aside! As most Investors have been experiencing, we encountered delays working with the City of Atlanta, weather issues, Inspector issues, and after parting ways with not 1, but 2 GC's... We got it completed! Here's to a quick sell! 📃
