but eliminated $1,283/mo in other payments.

Net difference: $923 less going out every month.

The goal isn’t always the smallest mortgage possible.

It’s figuring out the smartest way to use the money you have.

Paying MORE for the house could actually mean paying LESS every month. 🤯

A price reduction isn’t the only way to use a seller’s negotiating room.

Sometimes keeping the purchase price higher and negotiating seller credits instead can mean a lower payment, less cash out of pocket, or both.

The best deal isn’t always the lowest purchase price.

Every buyer and loan scenario is different, so the numbers have to make sense for your specific situation.
