‼️📣Beware of real estate “wholesale” schemes. Looks like the con is trying to pave his way. Dont fall for it.

If you’re truly interested in learning about it, how it works, pros/cons, I’m happy to help or can connect you with people who will make the time to guide you. People who are actuly experienced, honest, strait forward, & have been in the game a long time.

***It’s not easy & not for everyone. If someone is trying to sell you that it is….Or convince you to take advantage of their “distribution list”….RUN. Similar to pyramid schemes, they don’t work. Learn from an expert not a con.

Also, until you become an expert yourself, it’s important to have a licensed realtor agent and inspector on your side.

Correct me if I’m wrong but here’s what’s wrong with many women in industries across the board-

Their expectation that they should be supported by other women simply because we share the same gender. Its mind blowing to me!!!

I shouldn’t have to explain but apparently I do today- I don’t care if you’re black, white, male, or female,  I do not support dishonesty, false advertising, or any type of miss- information from those who use it to deceive others to “win”.

Do the right thing. Be honest. And you will get all the support in the world from me. 💛

When my girls send me clients neither of us know, we do our due diligence. 2 forms of Identification -drivers licence and W2 or Bank statment at minimum before sending them out.

Looking for honest feed back experiences with builders requiring (not suggesting or preferring) the use of their title company.

What has been your experience- good/bad?
What are your thoughts?
Any feed back on specific title companies and builders agents?
Was the buyer required to pay any Title & Settlement fees in the transaction? Did the buyers agent find them self paying or discounting commission even without authorization?

I’m not afraid to politely challenge an underwriter, their manager, or their managers manager. Why? Because almost 100% of the time I’m right.

This is what separates me from other Mortgage Brokers, LOs, Lenders, & professionals. Do it right or not at all.
